Copy of the police report from early morning, June 20th, when there were death threats and a transphobic/homophobic insult shouted to me from outside my home

I am not sure why it says that the incident happened at 2:55am. It happened at approximately 1:30am. I think when I filled out the report, it was around 2:55am and that was the default time that was set and I didn’t look close enough and notice it and change it. The report was filed at 3:06am. I received an email later in the afternoon stating that the report was finalized. “Your online report has been approved and the permanent case number is 24080848.”
